Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Zarina has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland University. Throughout her career, she has worked with pediatrics, geriatrics, and adults. Recreation has always been her hobby and she later turned it into a profession. Recreation therapy extends beyond playing games. Different types of recreation interventions are used to improve the physical, social, and emotional well-being of clients. Aiming to make a difference in the lives of clients through recreation therapy.

The activities she enjoys during her free time include traveling, playing sports, especially volleyball, gardening, cooking, creating arts/crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
