Molly Shereda

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Molly graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2020 with a degree in Recreational Therapy and a minor in Studio Arts. With over 8 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 5 years specializing in recreational therapy, she has worked across diverse settings—including community programs, inpatient treatment, clinic-based services, individual and group therapeutic sessions—with populations ranging from mental health and developmental disabilities to dementia, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other physical disabilities.

In her leisure time, she finds joy in kayaking, yoga, painting, hiking, traveling, and training her puppy to become a therapy dog.

What Molly loves most about recreational therapy is getting to connect clients to things that bring them joy and helping them discover what they truly love.
