Miranda Ward-Gardner graduated from Calvin College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. Miranda has in-depth experience in the home and community, where she has worked for the majority of her career. In addition to her experience with Traumatic Brain Injury Miranda also has experience in the areas of Autism, PTSD/trauma, mental health, family bonding through cooperative activities and youth living in residential placement.  

In addition to what she offers as a land-based Recreational Therapist Miranda is also passionate about Aquatic Therapy and the many benefits it offers through of physical rehabilitation and aquatic body work. Miranda is Aquatic Therapy Certified. She is also currently completing training for Biofeedback Certification.
