Beyond her professional life, Josie finds joy in spending time with family, friends, snuggling her pups, Hank and Steevie, reading, cooking and learning how nutrition plays a vital role in a person’s mental well-being. An avid traveler, she has explored 13 countries, cultivating a deep appreciation for cultural differences, particularly through culinary traditions and languages. Her experiences around the world continue to inspire her work, reinforcing the belief that every individual deserves opportunities for growth, connection, and meaningful experiences.
