Danielle Couch


Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Danielle graduated with her B.S. in Recreational Therapy from the University of Toledo in 2017. She also obtained her M.S. in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University. After completing her NCTRC Internship at Bradford Woods in Martinsville, Indiana, she moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana where she worked as a home and community Recreational Therapist for 4.5 years.

Danielle has an extensive background working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has been a volunteer for the Muscular Dystrophy association since 2012. Danielle has found a passion in going overseas on volunteer trips to help build acceptance and awareness for disabilities in developing countries. She has been to 6 countries so far!

In her free time, Danielle enjoys hanging out with her family, reading, and exploring new places!
