Case Management Satisfaction
100% of case managers surveyed in the first half of 2023 indicated an excellent level of satisfaction regarding overall therapist communication and 95% indicate an excellent level of satisfaction with client status and updates.
HCRT has given many of my clients with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries a means of recovery that helps with physical functioning and social skills. And recreational therapy gives my clients a chance to build self confidence and live a healthy lifestyle. HCRT makes sure that treatment is individualized for each client and seeks to ensure client input. Recreational therapy helps people get back into community activities with accommodations for their disability. I have enjoyed working collaboratively with HCRT.

Jaclyn has gone above and beyond her scope of practice in working with Guy and keeping him "happy", which is often difficult to do with Guy. She has been creative in finding activities that support his interests and also in helping to increase his safety in the home and in the community.
