Stephanie is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. She received her Masters of Science in Recreation Therapy from Texas State University. Stephanie has worked in a variety of populations including mental health, substance abuse, memory care, spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. Stephanie is an active member of MTRA; she has a strong background in adapted fitness (yoga, weight lifting, and various sports). In her free time, Stephanie enjoys doing anything outdoors, helping the homeless animal population, fitness, biking, and music.
