Joanie is a Recreational and Aquatic therapist with a passion for artistic expression and creativity. She graduated in 2012 from Eastern Michigan University and has been working with HCRT since late 2012. Joan holds certifications as a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and enjoys working with clients within an Aquatic environment. Her additional areas of expertise include activity adaptation, including adapted kayaking and swimming, jewelry making, sewing and pattern development and modification and all things handmade.
