Brian graduated with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Michigan University and a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Prior to entering the health care profession and coming to work for HCRT, he worked in the field of International Logistics as an analyst and ocean export agent.

Brian has experience in the physical medicine and rehabilitation setting with focus on spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury populations. He specializes in fitness/strength training, aquatic therapy, adapted sports, and community integration. Brian has long been an advocate of the importance of exercise, remaining active, and proper nutrition in development and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. He believes that all individuals, regardless of disability, can overcome perceived barriers and live life to the fullest. Brian hopes to utilize his knowledge to assist clients in reaching their goals through individual centered outcome based therapy. 

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and family, weightlifting, watching movies, analyzing stocks, gardening, church, nature and animals, and walking his dog.
